Payment of deductibles, co-pays, co-insurances, or complete balances are due at the time of service.

For those patients with insurances contracted with Primary Care, responsibility for payment is based on the individual policy.  If we are not contracted with your insurance, you will be expected to pay 100% of all charges. Primary Care of The Treasure Coast is happy to file all commercial insurances for your convienence with the only exception being auto insurance for which we will provide the necessary documents for filing. We do no accept any worker's compensation patients.

PCTC is contracted with the following insurances:

Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida

Aetna

Cigna PPO

United Healthcare

Tricare/Champ VA

We do accept some Medicare Advantage plans, however you may be subject to additional co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles as we are not under contract with these plans.  It is best that you contact our office prior to your visit to ensure that you will be covered and what responsibilities you will have.

As contracts are subject to change, it is best that you verify coverage for any change in insurance. Please feel free to contact our billing department at any time to verify benefit coverage.
